Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong size.
• You received a defective or damaged product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

• Refunds will not be credited to your bank account or original payment method.
• The approved return amount will be credited as littleAndLadiez Wallet Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our store.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a return or exchange, it is mandatory to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing/opening video while opening your parcel. Please ensure the video:

• Starts before opening the package.
• Clearly shows the sealed package.
• Shows the product and any defect (if applicable).

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.

Important Notes

• Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
• littleAndLadiez reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange request.
